Every bar is made from just fruits, nuts and seeds, all high-quality, organic whole-foods. Our products are naturally free from gluten, dairy and refined sugars.

A box of 8 has two of each flavour
The box of 16 has four of each flavour.
The photos show 8 different flavours, so please note there will be only 4 flavours per seasonal box.
We use certified organic ingredients in all of our products.
Everything is made without gluten, wheat, egg, dairy, soy, palm oil and soya.
All our products are made in an environment where nuts + peanuts are used.

Our products are made and cut by hand, so serving sizes are approximate and will vary.
Our products arrive with you ready to eat straight away. Best served with your favourite warm beverage!
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Alternatively, if you’re very restrained, you can freeze the products. Our cakes are suitable for freezing upon delivery for up to 6 months.
Once defrosted, keep covered and refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Our cakes take less than 15 minutes to defrost, so you always have fresh cakes at your fingertips!

We carefully pack and post orders Monday - Thursday each week. Orders received after midday on Thursdays will be sent the following Monday.
